The owner and president of Visionworks Marketing Group started the business in 1995 and has been a leading force in central Missouri’s advertising industry ever since. Lili is a rabid animal lover (especially dogs) and passionate about the arts – Visionworks’ south Columbia office houses quite a collection! Her leadership permeates every aspect of our work.
Every project we tackle has Melissa’s fingerprints on it, as her breadth of experience in creative design, business consultation and marketing make her invaluable to Visionworks’ efforts. Not to mention she makes the coffee each morning (multiple times). Her unique flare and endless energy keep us on point, while her attention to detail keeps us on time and under budget.
Our resident graphic design ace discovered his talents at an early age and was already doing freelance work as a high school student in Geneva, Illinois. Charlie has a sharp eye for detail and has designed beautiful work, from custom video-game covers and brochures to website logos and business cards. Check out our Portfolio to see more of his award-winning work.
Abby Warner, a University of Missouri graduate, comes to Visionworks as the newest graphic design intern. She studied graphic design through the fine arts school at Mizzou and also minored in art history. Before joining the Visionworks team, Abby worked as a graphic design intern for Bur Oak Brewing Company where she gained experience making everything from posters to can labels. At Visionworks, Abby will assist in a wide variety of design projects and more.
Some people were born with a destination pre-wired into their soul; John Duncan knew from an early age that his calling was radio. As a young boy in Kansas City, Duncan would obsess over this wonderful medium. By the time he was a teenager, he was spinning records at radio stations. Decades later, he's an instrumental part of the Visionworks audio/visual team, lending his voice talents and nuanced ear to many of the TV and radio spots we produce in house. Locally, his industry expertise is unmatched.
