Columbia agency recognized for work with First Baptist Church and Columbia Public Schools

Columbia, MO – Visionworks Marketing Group has received a 2016 Gold Marcom Award presented by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals for work on behalf of First Baptist Church.

The work for First Baptist Church included five pieces in a series for a direct-mail campaign. The campaign found its success in attracting new members to the church as well as informing members of the community about First Baptist Church. 

Visionworks Marketing Group also received a 2016 Honorable Mention Marcom Award for work on behalf of Columbia Public Schools.

Visionworks assisted Columbia Public Schools in redesigning their Quarterly Report newsletter into a new Quarterly Connection newsletter. The newsletter is mailed to 68,000 homes and keeps the community informed about what is going on in Missouri’s seventh-largest school district.

The 2016 Marcom Award competition featured an incredible pool of more than 6,000 entries, making it the largest and most prominent of its kind.
