The owner and president of Visionworks Marketing Group started the business in 1995 and has been a leading force in central Missouri’s advertising industry ever since. Lili is a rabid animal lover (especially dogs) and passionate about the arts – Visionworks’ south Columbia office houses quite a collection! Her leadership permeates every aspect of our work.
Les Borgmeyer
Market Man
Les is responsible for new business development and creating customized solutions to fulfill our customers’ needs. He is a well-known figure in the Mid-Missouri sales and marketing industry with more than 30 years of experience. In addition, for more than 20-years Les has been an evening instructor for college courses in marketing, sales, strategic management and business planning.
Jet Ainsworth
Captain Charisma
Jet leads our audio and video production team, as well as our social media marketing strategies. You may recognize him as long-time radio host “Jet Roberts,” but in the last few years Jet has worked in national radio production and as a LIVE broadcast producer and on-air contributor for more than 100 college sports teams. He is also an award-winning filmmaker and brings his unique energy to the offices every day!
