COLUMBIA, Mo – Visionworks Marketing Group is pleased to announce and welcome Les Borgmeyer to our sales and marketing team as Market Man. Les will be responsible for new business opportunities and creating customized solutions to fulfill our customers’ needs.
Les is a well-known figure in the Mid-Missouri sales and marketing industry with more than 30 years of experience. During his career, he was involved in the start-up of the Missouri Lottery, serving as State Sales Manager. He worked 18-years in various capacities of commercial printing, advertising and digital sales at The Tribune Publishing Company/ Columbia Daily Tribune, ultimately serving as the Vice President of Sales. Most recently he served in broadcast and digital media as the Local Sales Manager for FOX 22, MyZou TV and NPG Digital Services. Within the industry, Les also held the position of President for the Missouri Ad Managers Association for two years. For more than 20-years Les has been an evening instructor for college courses in marketing, sales, strategic management and business planning. He continues this instruction for both the University of Missouri and Columbia College.
In addition, Les has a proven record of facilitating long-term business relationships with customers, industry associations and non-profit organizations.
